"I had the pleasure of working with Missy on two different Clifton Strengths training sessions, with both being great successes. The first was a small training session with just me and our three building principals. The second was for our teaching and support staff of over 70 people. Both sessions were highly engaging and were thoroughly enjoyed by the participants. Missy was able to customize the training to align with our district goals and initiatives. Missy also left us with ideas on how we can continue to build on our strengths after the training. Our staff spoke highly of the experience and felt empowered by what they learned.
